     Walls and Ceilings:  SOMAY Product No. 383, "Premium" 100% Acrylic Latex Paint
    Stairwell/Walls:  SOMAY Product No. 630, "Premium" 100% Acrylic Latex , Heavy-Duty, Semi-Gloss Enamel

Total:

    Steel Railings:  4.5 mils dry film thickness for 2 coats
    Steel Doors: 3 mils dry film thickness for 2 coats
    Walls and Ceilings 2.5 mils dry film thickness for 2 coats
    Stairwell Walls:  3 mils dry film thickness for 2 coats
