    Exterior Coating for All Steel Oil Storage Tanks

Surface Preparation: 

    High Pressure Water Blast, Sand Rusted Areas

Prime Coat:  

    Spot Prime with SOMAY Product No. 636-08, Ferrous Metal Primer, meeting Fed. Spec. TT-P-636, only where rust was present or bare metal.

Intermediate Coat:

    SOMAY Product No. 630, "Premium" 100% Acrylic Latex, Heavy-Duty, Semi-Gloss Enamel
    Applied @ 1.5 mils dry film thickness
    Color:  White

Finish Coat:

    SOMAY Product No. 630, "Premium" 100% Acrylic Latex, Heavy-Duty, Semi-Gloss Enamel
    Applied @ 1.5 mils dry film thickness
    Color:  White

Total: 3 mils dry film thickness for 2 coats
