    Treat with "Clorox" to Kill Mold/Mildew;  Then High Pressure Water Blast

Prime Coat:  

    SOMAY Product No. 7751, SOMAY "Prime & Seal" , 100% Acrylic Primer/Sealer
    Color:  Clear

Intermediate Caulk:

    SOMAY Product No. 992, SOMAY Elastomeric "PATCH & SEAL", 100% Acrylic Caulk for
         Joints
    Color:  White

Two Finish Coats:

    SOMAY Product No. 842, SOMAY Elastomeric "ROOF MASTIC" Waterproofing Coating
    2 coats @ 20 mils dry film thickness each
    Color:  White

 Total:  40 mils dry film thickness for 3 coats
