    Grit Blasted to Obtain a 2 mil Profile

Prime Coat:  

    SOMAY/Carboline "Carbomastic"® 90  Cycloaliphatic Amine Epoxy
    Applied @ 5 mils dry film thickness
    Color:  Aluminum

Intermediate Coat:

    SOMAY/Carboline "Carbomastic"® 90  Cycloaliphatic Amine Epoxy
    Applied @ 5 mils dry film thickness
    Color:  Aluminum

Finish Coat:

    SOMAY/Sanchem NO-OX-ID® "GG-2". Protective, Corrosion Inhibitive "Grease" Coating
    Applied at 250 mils (1/4 inch) dry film thickness 

Total:   260 mils dry film thickness for 3 coats
