Project: 

    Apply Long Life Lining to  the No. 13 Water Softener Concrete Tank

Surface Preparation: 

    Grit Blast to Obtain an 80 Grit Profile per ASTM-D-4259 (Abrading Concrete)

Prime Coat:  

    SOMAY/Carboline Polibrid® No. 670-S, Organo-Silane Modified Amido-Amine Epoxy
    Color:  Turquoise Blue

Finish Coat:

    SOMAY/Carboline Polibrid® No. 705, 100% Solids, Aromatic Elastomeric Polyurethane
    Color:  Tan

Total:  100 mils dry film thickness for 2 coats

Note:     "Polibrid"® 705 has ANSI/NSF Std. 61 Certification/Approval as a Lining for Potable Water Storage Tanks and Pipelines.
