Project:  Artistic Restoration by Olivier Haligon(*) Fine Art Studio of Dubuffet's sculpture, "Monument to the Phantom"

Surface Preparation:  Lightly sand surface and degloss per ASTM D3359 to provide proper adhesion to sculptor's original painted surfaces.

First and Second Coats: SOMAY/Carboline "Carbothane" 133 High Build, Low Sheen (Satin Finish), Aliphatic Polyester Polyurethane,  for excellent resistance to corrosion, chemicals, abrasion, weathering in aggressive environments, in dramatic, vivid Custom Colors.

Total:    8 mils dry film thickness for 2 coats

*  Mr. Haligon is the grandson of the French sculptor who created the Statue of Liberty.
