Project:  Protect Carbon Steel Cage Bars of Rhinoceros Cage at Public Zoo from deterioration due to exposure to the tropical climate and corrosive environment caused by animal wastes.

Surface Preparation:  Sandblast to SSPC-SP-10, NACE 2, Near-White Metal Blast to provide a 2-3 mil (51-76 Microns) surface profile.

Prime & Finish Coats:  Two Coats of SOMAY/Carboline "Carbomastic" 90, Cycloaliphatic Amine Epoxy, Color: "Aluminum".  Applied @ 5 mils (127 Microns) Dry Film Thickness (DFT) per coat

Total:    10 mils (254 Microns) Dry Film Thickness (DFT) for 2 coats
