Surface Preparation:  Treat with "Clorox" to Kill Mold/Mildew; High Pressure Water Blast to Remove Cracking and    Flaking Original Ceramic Finish on Barrel Tile Surfaces

Prime Coat:  SOMAY Product No. 7751 – SOMAY "PRIME & SEAL" , solvent-borne Acrylic Primer

Second Coat:  SOMAY Product No. 842 – SOMAY Elastomeric "ROOF MASTIC", Sealer & Protector

Third Coat: SOMAY/Carboline "Rustbond" Polymeric Epoxy Amine Universal Tie Coat

Finish Coat: SOMAY/Carboline "Carbothane" 134 High Gloss Aliphatic Acrylic Polyurethane

Color:  Custom Color: "Customer's Ceramic Tile Blue"

NOTE:  These rehabilitated roofs, with Atlantic Oceanfront exposure, withstood over 24 hours of two direct hits from two Hurricanes in 2004 without any damage whatsoever!  We know of no coating system that can better withstand the potential damage that can be caused by sustained hurricane force winds exceeding 115 miles per hour.
