Project:

     Apply Long Life Lining to No. 2 Oxygen Trane

Surface Preparation:

     Grit Blast to Obtain an 80-Grit Profile per ASTM-D-4259 (Abrading Concrete)

Coating:

    SOMAY/Plasite 5371, 100% solids, 3-component, silica aggregate-filled epoxy polyamine, high strength, monolithic immersion liner.  Trowel applied at 3/16" thickness.  Has LOTEPRO approval for oxygen compatibility.

Color:

    Yellow Oxide

Total:   190 mils dry film thickness for 1coat
