    Paint New Addition and Repaint Original Home in Western Broward County, Florida

Surface Preparation: 

    Treat surface with chlorine to kill mold, mildew and fungus.  High pressure waterblast
    to thoroughly clean surfaces.

Prime Coat:  

    SOMAY Product No. 530-01, "Surface Conditioner" – 100% Acrylic Latex
    "White"

Exterior Walls (2 Coats) – Intermediate & Finish Coatings:

    SOMAY Product No. 630 – "Premium" 100% Acrylic Latex Semi-Gloss Enamel
    Custom Color: "Evening Sun"

Exterior Trim (2 coats) – Intermediate & Finish Coatings:

    SOMAY Product No. 630 – "Premium" 100% Acrylic Latex Semi-Gloss Enamel
    Custom Color:  "Tender Pink"

Total:    4 mils dry film thickness for 3 coats
