applied your Roof Mastic to my 50+ year old concrete barrel tile roof. Unlike many of my neighbors with new "hurricane resistant" roofs which lost tiles, my roof (three blocks from
the beach) made it through all the storms (including Katrina and Wilma) without a leak or a lost tile. "Last year I had my windows caulked with "PATCH & SEAL"
(leftover from my roof). Last week I had a few of those windows replaced. After the screws were removed from the old windows, the crew still struggled with crow bars trying to rip out
the old windows. They were surprised and could not believe that it was just caulk holding the windows in place. Your "PATCH & SEAL" is tough stuff."
