Surface Preparation:

Grit Blast surface to a roughness similar to 60-Grit Sandpaper.

Prime Coat:

SOMAY Product No. 816, Swimming Pool Coating, Jewel Blue, reduced 10% with Xylene for better surface penetration, to approx. 1.5 mils dry film thickness.

Finish Coat:

SOMAY Product No. 816, Swimming Pool Coating, Jewel Blue, applied full strength without any dilution to approx. 2 mils dry film thickness

Total: 3.5 mils dry film thickness for 2 coats
