Surface Preparation:
Step 1 – Prime Coat:
SOMAY Product No. 7751, "PRIME & SEAL" to seal porous clay tile surfaces.
Step 2 – Caulking:
SOMAY Product No. 992, "PATCH & SEAL" to fill all open spaces between and around each tile.
Step 3 – Intermediate Coat:
SOMAY Product No. 842, "ROOF MASTIC", Sealer & Protector, at 20 mils dry film thickness.
Step 4 – Finish Coat:
SOMAY Product No. 842, "ROOF MASTIC", Sealer & Protector, at 20 mils dry film thickness.
