Project:
Surface Preparation:
Scrape off all old coating to achieve a smooth surface.
Pressure clean with chlorine to kill mold and mildew.
First Coat:
One Coat of SOMAY Product No. 814, SOMAY Rubber Waterproofing Coating
@ 70 sq.ft./gal. for 10 mils dry film thickness.
Second Coat:
One Coat of SOMAY Product No. 814, SOMAY Rubber Waterproofing Coating
@ 70 sq.ft./gal. for 10 mils dry film thickness.
NOTE:

Certification because it reflects over 90% of the sun's heat;
It also has Class A Fire Rating
