Seal, Waterproof, Windproof and "Hurricane Proof" Spanish Tile Roof Surface over
Observation Deck, Lounge, Pro Shop, Locker & Shower Facilities.
Surface Preparation:
Step 1 – Treat with chlorine to kill mold, mildew & fungus.
Step 2 – Pressure clean with high pressure water blast to remove all dirt, chalk, etc.
Prime Coat:
SOMAY Product No. 777-00, "PST" – ("Primer, Sealer, Topcoat"), Clear, applied at
maximum spreading rate of 200 sq.ft./gal. to seal porous surfaces of clay tiles.
Tile Caulking Step:
SOMAY Product No. 992 – SOMAY "PATCH & SEAL", brushing grade elastomeric caulk
to fill all open spaces and cracks around every tile.
Intermediate Coat:
SOMAY Product No. 842, SOMAY "ROOF MASTIC", Sealer & Protector at 20 mils
dry film thickness.
Finish Coat:
SOMAY Product No. 842, SOMAY "ROOF MASTIC", Sealer & Protector at 20 mils
dry film thickness.
Color:
