Surface Preparation: 

    Treat with "Clorox" to Kill Mold, Mildew; Moderate Pressure Water Rinse

Prime Coat:  

    SOMAY Product No. 777, "PST" ("Primer, Sealer, Topcoat")
    Applied at 200 sq.ft./gal.
    Color:  Clear

Intermediate and Finish Coats:

    SOMAY Product No. 842, SOMAY "ROOF MASTIC", Sealer & Protector
    Applied at 20 mils dry film thickness per coat = rate of 50 sq.ft./gal. per coat
    Color:  White

Total:  40 mils dry film thickness for 3 coats
