POLAROOF NW –  A premium quality, single component, waterproofing coating ideal for metal roofs, concrete decks, and roofs with ponding water.  It is solvent borne and may be applied in any temperature.  POLAROOF NW can also be used as a vapor barrier in reverse vapor drive applications, as it has an extremely low perm rating.  The product is designed for permanent flexibility and toughness, to bridge and move with hairline cracks, and to resist impingement attack.

POLAROOF RAC – Liquid applied, urethane, waterproofing membrane, designed for use over most roof substrates.  POLAROOF RAC is very tough and elastic with high tensile strength and good puncture resistance.  The product contains fire retardant additives and corrosion-inhibiting aluminum flakes for additional protection against rust and acid rain.  POLAROOF RAC is approved by Underwriters Laboratories® (UL) and Factory Mutual Research Corporation ® (FM).

RUBBERKOTE 1047 – Single component, waterproofing coating especially designed to be applied to wet or damp roofs where curing will proceed even underwater!  RUBBERKOTE 1047 will adhere to all common roofing materials, whether horizontal or vertical.   It is ideal for either instant repairs or as a permanent roof coating.

ROOFAB – A polyester-based, reinforcing fabric that can be embedded into any liquid-applied coating to boost cured membrane strength.  It possesses a parallel fiber structure that is stitch bonded, which results in exceptional tensile, tear and elongation properties.  ROOFAB is naturally soft and conforms easily to irregular substrates.
