Its vapor permeable structure prevents blistering and loss of adhesion, even on damp surfaces. "STERIDEX", once cured, can be cleaned with most commercial cleaners and can even withstand regular steam cleaning. "STERIDEX" is a very tough, water-thinned coating that is hard wearing, impact resistant and durable. It will not support the growth of mold or bacteria, and because it is easy to keep clean, it helps simplify essential hygiene management.

"FIRECHECK"is a tough and highly durable, water-based product that has outstanding resistance to the spread of flame. When cured it is water and weatherproof and an effective vapor barrier. "FIRECHECK" has been extensively tested and complies with the most exacting fire regulations. It meets the highest International Standards. It is water based, and free from toxic hazard. It is chemical resistant, and protects soft fibrous insulation from impact damage. "FIRECHECK" is recognized as a world leader in asbestos and lead encapsulation, with over 100 million square feet of dangerous asbestos insulation encapsulated in over 120 countries. This is a much more effective and hazard-free method of resolving the problems of asbestos contamination. "FIRECHECK" has been used on projects for Sears, the Univ. of Colorado, Broward County (Florida) Schools, Federal Express, Kennedy Space Center, New Orleans International Airport, Howard Hughes' "Spruce Goose", etc. "FIRECHECK" is quickly and easily applied by brush or airless spray and forms a tough, flexible, highly chemical resistant and impact resistant surface that locks in lead or asbestos fibers. Water-based "FIRECHECK" is UL approved for flame retardation, has been accepted by the EPA for encapsulation, and is USDA approved for incidental food contact.

"DECOTHANE sp" is an elastomeric high-build single-component aliphatic polyurethane coating with exceptional performance qualities as a primary and secondary containment liner. "DECOTHANE sp" incorporates a unique moisture-triggered curing mechanism eliminating the problems common to conventional moisture-cured coating systems. The membrane forms a seamless, durable, waterproof, chemical resistant barrier that is permanently elastomeric and flexible. Due to it's unique curing mechanism, "DECOTHANE sp" can be rained on or put into aqueous immersion service if necessary immediately after application, with no detrimental effect on cure and coating performance.

"DECOLAY", brush-on marine deck protection is easily applied by brush or spray to provide a watertight membrane which is durable, attractive and non-slip. Many marine deck surfaces hold dirt and are difficult to clean. "DECOLAY", however, resists grime, cleans easily and – as an added bonus – displays excellent sound deadening qualities. "DECOLAY" is extremely hard wearing and has a completely non-slip surface, wet or dry. It is also highly flexible and actually moves with the substrate. High and low temperatures, ultra-violet light, ozone or salt will not affect the surface and neither will it crack or chip away. Absence of joints prevents seepage or lifting of the material, and it has a good thermal insulation value that helps keep cooler temperatures below deck.
