    Paint Floor of Water Treatment Plant Control Room

Surface Preparation: 

    High Pressure Water Blast at 3,000 P.S.I.

Prime Coat:  

    SOMAY Product No. 230 – "Premium" Acrylic Latex Satin Finish Floor Enamel
    Apply @ 1.5 mils dry film thickness
    Color:  Gray

Finish Coat:

    SOMAY Product No. 230 – "Premium" Acrylic Latex Satin Finish Floor Enamel
    Apply @ 1.5 mils dry film thickness
    Color:  Gray

Total: 3 mils dry film thickness for 2 coats

Surface Preparation: 

    Treat with "Clorox" to Kill Mold/Mildew; High Pressure Water Blast

Prime Coat:  

    SOMAY Product No. 230, 100% Acrylic Latex Satin-Finish Floor Enamel
    Color:  Evergreen

Finish Coat:

    SOMAY Product No. 230, 100% Acrylic Latex Satin-Finish Floor Enamel
    Color:  Evergreen

Total:   3.5 mils dry film thickness for 2 coats
 

Project:  Private Tennis Court, near Wilmington Delaware

    Recoat and Renew Playing Surface of Tennis Court
    Help Protect Court Surface from Harsh Winter Weather, Extend Court Surface Life

Surface Preparation: 

    Treat with "Clorox" to Kill Mold/Mildew; Medium Pressure Water Blast to Clean Surface

Prime and Finish Coats:  

    SOMAY No. 942, SOMAY Sports Court Coating, Non-Skid 100% Acrylic Latex
    Colors:  "Tennis Court Green" for Tennis Court; "Tennis Court Red" for Apron Areas
    "White" for Tennis Court Lines

Total:   10 mils dry film thickness for 2 coats

Note:  Court surface should have a very slight "crown", so all water drains away after a rainstorm.  Coating is not intended for use on surfaces which do not properly drain and have deep, long lasting puddles of water after a rainstorm.
 

Project:  Private Residence, Coral Gables, Florida

    Apply Long Lasting, Long Wearing, Heavy-Duty Sealer/Coating to Garage Floor

Surface Preparation: 

    New Construction – Acid Etch Floor to develop 2 mil profile, neutralize floor, rinse with water, allow to thoroughly dry.

First & Second Coats:  

    SOMAY/Carboline "Carboguard"® 890 – Cycloaliphatic Amine Epoxy.  Self Priming, Highly Resistant to Abrasion and Chemical Degradation.

Total:  10 mils dry film thickness for 2 coats
